The personal working in there is so nice and explain everything

All personal involved in my Toyota experience was professional, knowledgeable in assigned area of profession, had pleasant personalities and patient. I just wish I could have gotten a better interest rate 😏

The service advisor and technician did an excellent job

Came in to have my personal vehicle serviced. Jacob T was the service writer I worked with and he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, made appropriate suggestions and made sure to communicate with me as to service progressed.As I told him I had been traveling to Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine. I felt there were changes and I was looking for a different service provider. I believe I have found it in Coggin. Your service department did an excellent job.

We have started using Coggin for service of our 4 Toyota vehicles and this visit for the Camry was the third vehicle we had serviced. Chris Horsely advised on all our visits and we couldn't be happier. He's extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the mechanics has been excellent. Overall on this visit, Chris was able to identify the maintenance items our prior servicing dealership (20+ year customer) had missed and also made sure to address the items needed for the current service interval. We will continue to take all our Toyota's to Coggin and look to schedule Chris Horsley as our service advisor.
