It was a pleasure from the moment I met my service technician, Darius. What a nice employee you have in him. Darius was kind and accommodating the entire time I was there. This was my first visit to Coggin’s Toyota as I am new to Florida and the Jacksonville area.

Jacob was very attentive. Listened to my concerns.I would like to be able to to have the same service advisor. Every time I come in I see a different advisor. I will be requesting Jacob to handle my service needs!On another note I would like to point out that that my tires were not rotated. I question the balance. I called and reported the issue just after I left. No one called me back..
