Came in for service, easy and well done but missed the requested car wash.

Salesperson Carlos was great and responded to all of my needs. Before traveling to Coggin Toyota I was directed to Eric to get a trade-in value for my car, a 2020 Toyota Corolla. Eric first gave me a low estimate and I gave him my honest opinion about the condition of my car. It was in excellent shape. I also said to him that my car had brand new Michelin tires. He then provided me a second estimate ($18,500) and he said, “does this work for you?” I said, “yes.” I also mentioned that I was a Veteran, and was advised that I would get a $500 discount. We traveled 4 hours to Coggin Toyota from Georgia and met with Carlos. Carlos met with Eric and then our trade-in value for my car was dropped significantly and my military discount was not honored. Carlos relayed to me that Eric said that the trade-in rates had change since 10 days prior when he gave me the quotes. That those not seems right. The only reason I chose Coggin Toyota was because I was told that I would get a military discount and a good trade in value for my car. Nobody said that the value of my car was going to change dramatically upon my arrival. Someone should have been honest with me upfront. Coggin Toyota should have honor my original trade-in quote. I had it in writing. Very disappointed!

I came in to see the color of the green Highlander since you actually had one, fell in love with it! Vito, our Salesman was awesome in helping us!!! Dakota as Sales Manager, answered all our other questions and he and Vito worked with us to make it happen. Our finance guy, Hank, made life quick and easy too. All in all, it went quite well. The coffee was great too!

Ron took great car of us. We had a tire that was losing air and his team found that there was a nail by the side wall. They put the spare on and ordered a new one for us, made a appointment to come in and have the spare switched out. Great customer service.
