I waiting over two hours. However the area was comfortable seating. And I was given a discount for the long wait. My service tech was also very helpful. She kept me informed.

While the 2 hour wait for an oil change seemed long, my service advisor was so kind and gave me a courtesy discount. She also have me quote on a potential future repair I had asked about. Will certainly be back!

FAST!! Came in early on a Saturday morning for routine oil change and tire rotation. The service bay was really busy and I was expecting a long wait, but was in and out in about 45 min.
