I used a local 4x4 shop with a good reputation to replace the upper control arms on my 2011 FJ Crusier. The shop did a very poor job replacing the control arms in that they did not use all the parts supplied by the manufacturer. Damaged the ABS cable in the process. Coggin's John Shaefer took great care of my concerns and resolved my situation to my 100% satisfaction. I cannot commend the quality of their work enough in this forum.
