Outstanding Customer Support

Less stressful

Our salesman Juan was great helped me find this truck in Alabama and took care of arrangements to have it brought to you dealership. The finance guy wasn't very nice at all! Was upset that we didn't purchase other options, was visibly upset and didn't congratulate us when he wrapped up his end of things just put paperwork in the envelope and pushed it to us and said "we're done here"! But like I said Juan was awesome, this was our 4th vehicle that we purchased with him.

Great, helpful

Had an issue with the percentage rate. Was told I would get the 2.9% percentage rate but they would not honor that even though it was in writing by a manager.

I was having trouble with the computer and someone named Fred came out and in five minutes he had fix the problem. I was very pleased, and I’m happy I purchased my vehicle from Coggin.
