We purchased our Toyota from Esmond and very happy with his service.The finance person missed some things but it appears to be fixing them. We have bought several cars here too.I would have rated a 5 except we have had to wait on loan validation etc ...

Excellent service. I arrived a little early and my service manager / provider was able to get me in right away. My SUV was serviced in a timely manner and my SUV was washed before they turned it back over to me. I was totally satisfied with my service visit.
