We stop by to drop my husbands 2021 Tacoma off for oil change. I noticed you had trucks in stock (which was not the case when we bought our 2021) so I told my husband I want to "just take a peak". As we walk over to truck a nice guy gave us his card. We told him we were just "kicking tires". Then as we were walking we saw our agent who sold us our 2021 Tacoma, Fred. After looking around I asked Fred a few questions about what I "might" be interested in if he had it on the lot. He knew his inventory and right away said he thought he had something I'd be interested in. He showed me a Red 2022 Tacoma TRD with all the "Bells & Whistles" I wanted.The next thing was it in a price range I wanted to pay. We told him a number we were willing to pay and walk out with the truck that day. He did "the magic" and came back with the number we wanted. So I bought a 2022 Tacoma.If Fred had not happened to be there, I doubt we would have bought a truck that day. Having a familiar face that knew the current inventory made it smooth and a positive experience.

I was in an out in less than an hour for my 10,000 mile vehicle check. Everything was quick and smooth! They didn’t try to upsell me for anything like most car places do.
