This was best automotive buying experience we’ve ever had. I myself have worked in the automotive sales for 7 years back in the 1990’s,, so I am familiar with the different tactics and was expecting to have to go to battle and the stress of purchasing a new vehicle.We have bought our last 6 Toyotas from another dealer in town, and when we were shopping for this truck, the hassle and games they played kept us from purchasing from them or any other dealer for over a year.By chance we happened to stop in late on Sunday afternoon just to “look”. We knew the inventory was limited, had little expectations of finding what we were looking for, and not really planning on buying a new truck.We were greeted and felt welcomed by Manny, and we felt like he truly understood and listened to our wants and needs. We felt at ease as there was no pressure and that Manny would do anything to find the truck we wanted.While Manny was working for us, my wife happened across a truck on the front pad, that met our needs and more. It was actually more than we were shopping for as we were looking for a Limited, not a Platinum model.After seeing this truck, we immediately fell in love with it and knew this would be our new truck.Since it was late on Sunday, and Manny was going to be on vacation for the next week, we agreed that Brian would call and work with us the next day.Brian called me on Monday and was open and honest about the price and connected me with the financing dept. (Sleight) to discuss the options.I opted to bring in a draft from my bank based on that call.Even though Manny was off that day, he stayed in touch with me throughout the day and came in that afternoon to to finish the deal, and personally deliver our new truck. He truly deserves the 5 stars rating on this survey.While I have never purchased a vehicle in this manner, I must say, I enjoyed how it all came together and I wish all dealerships made it this easy and stress free. Coggin Toyota will be my “new” go to dealer from now on when it is time to buy our next vehicle.

Luke spent extra time to find me the perfect vehicle. I so appreciate it because I love my truck. By the time I got there, everything was ready. Everyone there was so nice and jovial. The trip home in my truck was exceptional.
