Service was great and the associate I worked with was helpful. But the lack of complementary transportation for Toyota customers is disappointing, especially when other Toyota dealerships offer to pay rideshare fees for their loyal customers.

It's no surprise, since customer service has suffered in most industries, but the service managers I've spoken with in visits to your dealership don't seem too invested in their work. It was definitely different in other cities I've lived in at other times.

During my visit for my vehicles service, everything was simply above and beyond. All the staff was definitely courteous and so helpful. I like the service here so much that I drive past Keith Pearson's Toyota on the way to get here.
