Purchase was fine. Missing key, poor directions about garage door opener led me to call dealer to get verbal explanation of how to do it; Plug-in electric would not release and dealer had no solution. We had to go to Google to learn how to release the AC Power cord. Unable to find any direction in literature explaining that you have to use your KEY FOB TO UNLOCK power cord. The missing key is also complicating our lives.
