Happy with the care shown to me and with my vehicle.

I received excellent Customer Care during my recent service visit at Coggin Toyota. I would have given a 5 Star rating except that after waiting approximately 2 hours, and confirming that my vehicle battery needs replacing learning that they were out of stock. This now requires a second Service visit to remedy the problem.

Well I think it was Mr Hodges ? damn I can't remember his name. I contacted him by email (somehow) and he responded and let me know he'd be there. But when I got there (later than what I said), He was obviously busy but took the time out to hand me over to another sales guy. Not a problem. So Mr T. Adams helped me out with a test drive of a CHR and while the car's transmission was noisy (the CVT's are like that) and it had slow accel, I liked the handling enough to buy it. Mr. Adams made the deal that I needed and I'm sure the dealership made good money and I feel I was not cheated. So fair deal all around. I like Mr Adams and would recommend him to others.I WAS SERIOUSLY AFRAID of going into a dealership with the fear of being ripped off or cheated. But I think we had a fair deal for both sides.

Carlos Garcia was a true professional. His "can do, will do" attitude was refreshing; he and Dakota went above and beyond to find the exact rare config Tacoma I wanted! No one in Central Florida would help me, but they got me the exact VIN I saw upcoming from SET. The initial quote was fair and reasonable, no "market adjustment malarkey" I experienced in Central Fla. Carlos kept me informed as the truck made it through the port to them. When I noticed fine scratches all over the truck , Carlos and mgf Brian jumped right in and quickly made it right. I will be driving back from Orlando to see Carlos and Coggin when we buy our next new Camry.
