Coggin makes everything easy in the service department. The greeters, auto technicians, mechanics all do a wonderful job. It is a very well run department and efficiency is terrific!

Salesman Elmer is a great guy. Team seems great too.Financing is slightly rude talking to them on the phone, and they still haven't called my bank to process my check. It's been four days since I purchase the vehicle.

Got all my problems fixed that I came in for.

I was able to get an appointment on Friday for Saturday. There were a lot of time options. When I got there, I could see that they were slammed with customers, but my service rep was very good and attentive to me as a customer. I was able to track where they were with the car and since it was something mysterious in the rear of the car it required driving which the rep and technician both did. Thinking I might be there for hours, I was in and out in about an hour. Very comfortable waiting area with free coffee, tea and water. I am happy with Coggin's service department since my purchase in March 2022.

As usual we had an excellent experience when our 4runner got serviced at Avenues Toyota evidenced by the fact that we have our SUV always serviced by Avenues Toyota. Mr Garcia was professional, had the vehicle i was interested in ready for a test drive and answered all my questions. Mr Lockett answered all my financial questions and tapered the warranty etc.. to my specifications. Every staff member we came across was courteous. A very good experience.

I came in to get my battery inspected due to the recall on 2014 Rav4's. You were very busy so it took a long time, but Jacob was great and it was all complimentary.
