Gave 5 stars because I couldnt give 4.5. Only detractor is I bought two cars and wanted a different set of rims for the Tacoma. I understand paying for the upgrade to new rims but no discount for keeping the crappy new/old ones and still need to pay for mounting and balancing? Come on you could throw that in at no cost?

Britney Walsh was awesome. Her no pressure approach was the reason I chose to buy from this dealership. She was 5 Star all the way.

The service advisor informed of brakes issues that needed work, they were fixed rapidly and effectively. I always go back with this advisor, David M., as he is very good in his assessments. The washer fluid sensor replacement was also done, this type of failure required a fair amount of labor and increased the repairs total amount. This last feedback is more for being taking constructively for Toyota designers, in the future and for some other models, it would help to put this sensor in a place where it is more reachable. Overall a great experience.
