Darius was exceptional in communicating and taking care of what was needed for my vehicle.

Once I got connected with the customer associate I was fine. But I feel like each time I pull in there’s no clear indication of what to do or where to go. I this last time I said ‘excuse me’ to an employee that was near another vehicle (with no one inside). It was obvious he was ignoring me. In walked toward him he took this deep sigh of exasperation obviously annoyed. The only reason I’d consider coming back is because the three associates I spoke to after him were so nice. So it took 3 people to balance out that negativity.
