Quick & easy- on way home truck steering wheel had serious vibrations ; took truck to tire store & front tires were not in balance. They balanced tires & my Tacoma was now ok : Coggin Toyota did. not do a good job on my tires !!!!

Service was great and efficient. My one issue is that I have a typical Rav4 that is only 1 year old and they did not have stock tires for it even from secondary suppliers. To get a matching tire, which had an unrepairable bolt in it, I would have to wait 2 or 3 days. Why would a stock Rav4 tire be "rare"?

My experience was good, however, the wait was longer than expected and then I had to rent a vehicle so they could get my tire fixed. My service representive was great and the rental woman was very good too. Overall, the experience was good, although I had to buy a new tire and it was expensive.
