The Coggin Toyota team turned an absolutely terrible week for me into a great one. From the second I first called they were honest, direct and punctual. My sales person Luke carefully listened to my needs for a new vehicle and was honest about the pro's and con's of each of my options. We wound up working a great deal on a vehicle that was just what I needed and close enough to what I wanted to make me happy. The finance department was also a pleasure to work with and gave me tips to save me the most money possible while paying off my new loan. I live out of town but Coggin is worth every second of driving and every Penny's worth of gas. Next time I need a vehicle Coggin is the first and only dealer I'll call

I've had my Corolla serviced here since I bought it back in 2015. Admittedly, the wait time has always been quite long and deters me from getting my car serviced on time, because I dread sitting up there for hours. However, they are definitely worth the wait. All of the advisors I've dealt with over the years have been great. David M has helped me the past few times, and passes the vibe check. He doesn't hesitate to call and let you know what's going on with your car, and provides accurate windows of time for how long you can expect the services to take. Friends and family are always telling me about "a guy" they take to get their cars serviced with for cheaper, but the crew at Coggin Toyota has always done such a great job I'll pay a little extra for peace of mind and quality service I know I can depend on.

Prompt service, good tracking system

Darius Darden was great as always. He is always helpful, understanding, communicates well, and listens when I speak with him about my services needs and if I am having any trouble with my vehicle. There is no doubt that he is the best service advisor I have ever worked with for any of my vehicles.
