Great service consultants

Everyone was very nice and the car buying experience was as smooth as it ever goes. The only disappointment was that we purchased the vehicle Thursday night and picked it up Friday after 5pm, to allow for detailing and one open recall corrected. When we got there Friday evening the vehicle interior was still very dirty, with noticeable food remains in several locations. Our salesperson took it back to “have them redo it”. Second time around did not even correct all the dirt we initially noted. Driving the vehicle home we began to notice more and more obviously uncleaned areas. I cleaned it myself when I got home. Very disappointing end to an otherwise great transaction.
