In addition to the planned Deluxe Service package, I was concerned about a sound similar to pipes clanking when I accelerated from a stop or stopped quickly. Glad they completed a bumper to bumper inspection. Lost 2 of the 4 bolts holding my transmission in place and the other two were loose. Plus, two other significant repairs that should have happened at 90K and 120K miles were very much needed (have had my Sequoia for 15 years and has 150K miles). With the total cost being just over $4K the service rep worked with me to find a discount opportunity. All repairs were completed as promised in a day and a half and it is running better than it has in years. Hope to get another year or two out of it before I get a new car.

This was one of the best car service experiences I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly & the food service was amazing. Chris had amazing customer service and they really took care of me and my mother in law while we waited.

My truck had a problem an when I took it in, they found more. Great service, excellent time to complete, Good people. Ridiculously expensive!
