Awful. While I will not blast the dealership online, I feel it's important that leadership know I would never buy here again, and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying here if I was directly asked. The Salesperson was fantastic, professional. Great service and follow-through. Esmond is a class act that did his best navigating around Robert not calling back, not communicating progress or actions in general (like sending out 3 noataries to the wrong addresses because he simply refused to text or call me). In fact, the misinformation provided initially from Robert the Finance Manager caused this deal to be jacked up from go. I was 100% clear about my situation from my first phone call. The horrible lack of communication from him (Robert) throughout the process, and the general I.D.G.A.F. disposition did not leave a positive experience or impression. All of which could've 100% been avoided. Thankfully Speight has some basic leadership skills and stepped in to move the process along and just get it done. Nightmare.

I met with Carlos, my sales Consultant. He was very courteous and professional. We look at the vehicle, took it for a test drive and came back to talk numbers. I agreed on the price, and he got started promptly on the paperwork. We got everything done that we could and I waited for a finance manager to finalize my paperwork and take payment. I had to wait a little longer than expected but once I was seen, I was able to get paperwork done and paid for quickly. Overall it was a very good experience and I really enjoyed working with Carlos.
