Chris Garcia the service writer does an incredible job of keeping me informed and giving honest suggestions for timing and needs. Your facility could use more outdoor seating that is not next to an ashtray, and in the shade. The watining are can get crowded, and there are only a couple of outside benches and they are all right next to an ashtray or in the blazing sun. THe app you use to set up your service appointment is horrible. Even your employess I spoke to about it all said it sucked too.
