Bryan Gering was quite helpful in finding the exact Highlander Hybrid that we were looking for. Though we had to wait a few weeks for it to arrive, It came early and called me the moment it came off of the car carrier. I set up a 5:30 appointment (my wife was at work at the time) to come get the Highlander. When we arrived, it was "spit polished" and ready to come home with us. Salesman Warley met us to show us the vehicle. We approved and we shuttled into Mark's office where he explained each of the places we had to sign. When all the signatures had been gathered, Warley escorted us back outside and began thoroughly explaining all the "buttons" and the info display. The Highlander is to be my wife's piece of transportation for the next couple of years as she will use it to carry her prospective clients from potential home to home. The reason we choose Bryan is he did such a wonderful job of finding my 2022 Prius LE in October 2021 (my previous Prius was totaled when struck in the rear and side). Knowing that I am a former employee of Coggin Toyota, he extended me all available resources at Coggin.

Yeah I don’t text Danny was excellent he said that they car techs drove the car several times checking for the creeking noise he could not locate it I appreciated the reference I will bring it back when it starts creaking again thanks Kevin Gartland

Making the appointment online is easy. Check in was quick. Waiting area was clean. The snack bar was closed but coffee and water were available for free. Restroom was clean. It was late in the afternoon but the service was completed and I was able to take my car home. Service staff was professional.
