Salesman Duane Clinton just happened to spot me as I was walking in for my initial review of the 2022 Tacoma. From that point on Duane kept me informed of the progress of my order - yes, with all the supply-chain issues and what-not, the Tacoma I wanted had to be located somewhere. He gave me a 2-6 week window; the truck was delivered 4 weeks later. Overall this was a very easy experience.
