Sales guy (Fred) was wonderful and I would give a 10/10. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend him to someone looking to buy a car. He was probably one of the best sales people that I’ve ever bought a car from.Finance guy (Danny?) not very pleasant. I turned down the extended warranty and he gave me a hard time. I politely declined a couple times then eventually told him that I might not even have the car for a full three years when the warranty expired just to get him to lay off me. After I said that he says “Then we need to stop this process right now and you can lease this car instead of buy it.” I said I wasn’t interested and he said “Can I ask why not?” I told him that I don’t know what things will look like in three years and I just want to do it this way.” He came across as arrogant and smarter than everyone else, telling me he’d been “doing this for 26 years” multiple times. He seemed irritated that I wasn’t doing what he wanted me to do then eventually just put a pile of papers in front of me and said sign where it says sign, initial where it says initial with no explanation of what each was. I would not recommend anyone do business with him.

My experience with Toyota as a whole as been great. I have worked with Coggin Toyota at the Avenues and have had a great experience with services.
