I want to say Thank you to Fred for helping me last minute. After totaling my truck May 2021(lady cut me off and kept going, I hit guard rail on Fuller Warren) and by the time things were taken care of to replace truck, I was returning to classes for my final semester in Nursing (so no time to look for a vehicle). I was able to use my sister's vehicle till Dec. 9th. Dec. 10th a new Toyota Tacoma (metallic blue) would be arriving at Keith Pierson. So, Tues. Dec. 14th. I called and spoke with Stacey (sales person) who informed me the truck was still on lot, so I set an appt. w/her for Fri. AM. After I informed her I am a returning customer, and at the moment was without a vehicle. But, I had someone who would be taking me over Fri. Dec. 17th. and asked if I could put 3000.00 down on vehicle since it was still on lot. She informed me I could not, but if it sold she would call to let me know. Dec. 16th around 730pm I called Stacey to confirm vehicle there, only to find they sold it yesterday, or so they stated it was. I decided my business there was not wanted, so I reached out to Toyota at the Avenues, (I purchased my first Toyota there from Darryl Carter 2014). Fred was leaving, but was so nice to take my call and scheduled an appt to meet with me, he stated he would look first thing in AM to see what might be coming in or if there was anything on lot. He returned call Fri. morning to inform me he had nothing on lot but something coming around Dec. 27th. (it arrived 12/31 and I drove my new truck home 1/1/22). I now realize it was probably not on lot the day I spoke w/Stacy and she had not been honest with me from the get go.

The person that I had the most contact with at the dealership was Alan Baker who was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend Mr. Baker and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Juan was really a pleasure to work with - we had previously worked with another salesman, who was let go shortly after our initial transaction. This caused some issues with our car and our understanding of what we would be getting. Juan was incredibly professional, understanding, and accommodating. He worked with us to make sure we were satisfied and we are very happy with our purchase. Juan went above and beyond to help us and we would gladly work with him again.

The staff was very polite and courteous. Ron listens attentively as I describe my problem. I also want to recognize the staff that provides rentals. They are kind and understanding. This is the best care care service in Jacksonville FL.
