I couldn't have asked for a better team helping me get through an unfortunate event. I had rodents nest in my 4runner engine bay, and proceeded to chew away on the wiring loom causing considerable and expensive damage. My Service Advisor Chris Garcia and tech Ruben Lameda took excellent car of me through this stressful experience. Chris frequently communicated and included me in the insurance claim process, going above and beyond to clarify and expedite. Ruben did such an amazing job on the complete engine harness replacement, and assured me not to worry- he was not kidding- it looks like factory!! No scratches on my console, no dash rattles, no belt buckle scratches on my fenders. He took care of my vehicle like it was his own. I could not have asked for a better team taking care of my ride. True professionalism and customer service in every sense of the words. You guys RULE!!
