Dealerships in general have a reputation of not being trustworthy to their clients. That's not true for Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. The electronics on my 2013 Sienna was acting up. The power doors were intermittent, the radio kept changing modes, and recently my battery would be dead in the morning requiring a jump start. A diagnosis at a 3rd party mechanic explained that my alternator needed to be replaced. After bringing it to Coggin, the team ran their checks and found that the battery was the culprit. That second opinion saved me a whole bunch of time and money.

Scheduled the $60 synthetic oil change for. Showed up early, truck was moved to the lube area immediately. Within an hour, the service was complete. As a plus, the complimentary coffee is decent.

Overall it was a decent experience

Initially I was not at ease with the service associate however once everything was over he was very informative and pleasant. I appreciated the fist bump at the end.
