The rep was great. My only complaints were that I didn’t receive a new sticker for my oil change, and I had an inspection with a tire rotation. But my tires were low in air in 3 tires and almost flat on the front passenger tire. It’s the little details that you do that make a customer confident of your ability to do the job correctly.

James Hofmann, the service person was extremely professional and informative. My car was in and out of the shop incredible fast. This was my first visit for service and It left me with a highly favorable impression.

The service advisor was great clean cut. Made me aware of future ideas to the car. He didn’t pressure me to get other things done. I’ll be going back to him for all my services
