Made an appointment on-line for my regular maintenance. Something was off with the booking tool. Usually, when booking it shows my info and tells me what is due so I can choose the items needed and/or recommended. Not so this time. I was able to make an appointment but that was all. Thankfully, the day for service I did manage to get my usual service provider, Ron. I was waiting in the service area for the service. Ron explained all the findings and was able to give me a price quote. I agreed to the service and took a rental for the duration of the repairs (1 day). The agent in the rental area/cashier was SO friendly and helpful. It was already a rough morning with the news I needed more work...she made the rental process as painless as possible. Unfortunately, my proof of insurance was outdated by 20 days. The agent helped me to get verified with my insurance company and provided me with a copy of the new version of proof. The work was finished as promised. The quote was a bit higher than the quote-shop supplies is very vague to me and I should have asked. I thought no more than $200. It was about double. Love my car and want to keep it in good shape. Ron and the service department at Coggin are very good at what they do!!!

Jacob was a wonderful service tech. Though there are recommendations made for service needed, if I can help it, I'll not have my work done through you. Your labor cost are outrageous. Great service people though.

Excellent! Fast service while I waited with a wonderful waiting area with soft chairs. They even have several massage chairs. Service is consistently excellent.
