The Service Advisor, Mr. Schaefer, was professional and friendly and kept me informed of the progress of service and my car was ready before the time promised. Also, estimates were accurate and he advised me of recommended service for the future.

Johnny took good care of me. One piece of advice is to cut down on surveys. This is the THIRD survey I have received. Two via email and one via text. That's overkill. Please find a way to condense the three into one. Every time we get our vehicles serviced we get bombarded with numerous emails. I'm happy to provide a customer survey and I understand the importance of one. I was very pleased with the service provided from Johnny. I trust him.
