Not sure which visit you are asking about. My experience with Coggin has been above and beyond but then I do business with Esmond and he handles everything for me. I would not be at Coggin if it were not for him.

This is the third time my husband and I have been to this dealership. The first time we bought two brand new Highlanders in 2016 and the second time we bought a used car for our grandson. This last time was to trade in my highlander for a 2021 Highlander. Upon arrival we were placed with a salesman on the floor and things did not go very well. I ended up working with Jeff Simpson who straightened everything out and I ended up with a deal I wanted. Jeff was the one who helped us in 2016 and knew how to listen to what I wanted in my new vechicle. His experience and knowlege of the new Highlander helped me greatly make the decision to purchase the new 2021. I made up my mind then, when I want another vehicle or have a friend that wants one I will have them ask for Jeff.

Agent Chris .. as usual .. performed his duties with friendly, courteous, professionalism ... as he always does. My problem was not with him .. rather it was with the cost of the replacement of a small rubber part. Wayyyyyyy to expensive for my thinking. But I'll still be a dedicated Coggin customer .. primarily for convenience of location and a history of satisfactory service.

Any time I or anyone who enquires about service, I always recommend Coggin Toyota!!!

I was able to check in quickly, and it took less than an hour for them to service my car for the 10,000 mile mark. They checked me out quickly, and of course no charge to me!
