the only problem i had was when i first arrived. nobody greeted me for at least 5-10 minutes & other cars that came in after me were greeted first. After that it was smooth sailing.

Quality service

I called to make an appointment for my 2014 RAV4 and was given an appointment the next day. I showed up ~15 minutes early and was processed right away. The service was completed in ~1-1/2 hours. They asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash which I did. But when I got my car was advised they would not wash the car if it had kayak racks on top...which it did. Oh well...everything else was just fine.
