Chris Garcia has been my service writer since I purchased my 2018 Highlander. He has always been professional and pleasant to deal with. He takes the extra time to explain what needs to be done and what was completed. The dealership service has been excellent and I couldn’t be happier.

Brought in my 2014 Camry hybrid for a standard service package (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Service was completed while I waited. Only took about an hour and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Went in without an appointment because I had noticed a small piece of metal in my left rear tire. I think I was there for less than an hour. I was also recommended where to go locally for a car wash since I have a rack on my car roof.
