Good service, timely

I was very happy with my service my only complaint is that you use to have a shuttle service. It would be nice if you could provide this type of service or a free rental car. There are other dealerships that provide this service.

Routine maintenance on holiday weekend - no one in garage bay area to direct me, service advisor supposedly not available so reassigned and that person not at desk, but thankfully the service advisor's co-workers checked me both in and out. Service was much quicker than estimated.

I made an appointment for oil change and maintenance and also chose brake service (new pads, machine rotors) if they could fit it in within 2 hours (I had other plans and the brake service was not detrimental). I wanted the oil change and maintenance regardless because we were going out of town for the Fourth. My service advisor Christopher Garcia exceeded expectations by saying they should be able to do it within 2 hours and then delivered at exactly 2 hours. I will continue to bring my Camry to Coggin for service - thank you!

The value of anything is the price the customer is willing to pay, not the price at which you are willing to sell. Your refusal to negotiate an artificially high price may complement your bottom line but harms your reputation which is something that you can't take to the bank and deposit but is just as valuable.

Service was great. Everyone was friendly and got my vehicle in and out in no time without all the extra you need this or that for your vehicle. It was a great change from other service shops.

Esmond made the purchase of my new 4Runner a pleasant experience. The entire Coggin staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about the entire Toyota lineup.
