On 6/25-26/21 Mike Atkins and Ruebin did excellent in taking care and finding out the problem with my car. They also put me at ease concerning my Toyota Corolla. If l need to buy another car in the future it will be another Toyota.

All in all a totally good experience. My sales person, JD, searched 5 States to find me my very specific car. I visited Coggin Toyota the first time when the car arrived. There was no wrangling with the manager or finance person. They answered all questions and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. JD explained the many options, and I was treated with respect.

Once I got the car pulled in the bay, I was told the 5k complimentary maintenance would take 30-45 minutes and the time frame was correct. The waiting room was clean & the service attendant was courteous.
