My experience was amazing... Alan Baker worked with me for a couple months trying to find the 'exact' vehicle I wanted. Once the vehicle arrived, I live a few hours away and wanted an OTD (out-the-door) price worked out before I made the trip to Jacksonville. Alan's communication skills were excellent, and he was able to get me the OTD numbers. Once I arrived, the vehicle was perfect and there were no hidden fees. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and the purchase of my new vehicle. Thanks.
