I always have a great time at Coggin. I came at a very busy time on a Thursday morning and was out in a reasonable time period. The waiting area is great. I love the text system.

They have fixed any issues I have had. My salesman was awesome. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought there and it has been great experience with sales and service. The only thing I was not happy with was the survey asking questions I don't think should be on there.

Jimmy Miller took excellent care of us and Hank did also. I love my new rav 4 and will be back for my next car also. We looked at a honda and nisson also, but they couldn't match the quality, comfort or price that toyota did. Thank you.

I didn't have to wait long to be greeted by the staff when I drove in. I did have to wait behind a customer that was a walk in, no appointment, but after he was taken care of, I was checked in and my car was serviced. I never have to wait more than an hour, and when my car is ready, I was called for to check out. It was quick, easy, and since it was my 5,000 mile service, no charge. I have had no issues with my car since then.

As usual, was happy with the maintenance service performed and the representative's knowledge. However, the battery in my fob needed to be replaced and I was charged twice the cost of the battery at a store. 100% markup over RETAIL price is uncalled for.
