Had an 8am appt for a tire rotation. The person who greeted me was friendly and got me right in to the service manager. Tires were rotated quickly and also found out I had a bad battery that was replaced under warranty. They didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary service which I appreciate.

We have been customers of Coggin for quite a few years for our car service needs. We are always very satisfied with the service provided, especially with the Service Advisor that we use. He is very professional and efficient. In fact, if Gary Mcintosh isn't available, my husband will wait for service until he returns.
