Appointment was easy to make Chris was very helpful and informative. The process was easy quickly in and out and on my way.

I went in for them to diagnose a problem with my tires. The diagnosis was very good, the only thing was that it took 3.5 hours to get it - and I had an appointment. I've never waited this long for a diagnosis anywhere else. Additionally, I had to contact the service advisor for a status or to request my vehicle. He wasn't the most personable person either.
