it was a good experience. The service rep took the time to figure out the problem depsite there being missing maintenance records on your internal systems because of the cyber attack. I appreciate his due dillegence.

Well, I was pressed for time so I rented a car and my service man John did an awesome job. I just need to take it back and get my seat fixed. It keeps breaking. Toyota did a very terrible job as far as designing the side of the seat where the controls are keep keep cracking. That’s the only problem I have what it’s so far.

Had 5k mile service , as well as a tire sensor issue which was resolved promptly .My service rep John was even able to get me my second key fob , while there , even though that was not pre arranged .
