Been with Coggin Toyota for so long because we trust them.

Brought my truck in for recommended 20k maintenance. Was informed that an alignment was suggested at 15k which I previusly declined but opted for this time. My total wait time was approximately 3 hours, which normally is acceptable. However, at approximately 2 - 2.5 hours into maintenance I saw a technician who was working on my truck drive then park it, assuming he had finished required maintenance. My truck sat in the same spot for approximately 30 - 45 minutes until I was called that maintenance was complete. I did not understand the waiting period from when my truck was parked to when I was called.

My service manager was great I explained my time restraint and he worked with it....wish the car wash was working has not worked the last 5 times.

I have never been disappointed with the service at Coggin

The service writer Ron is great resolved my problem and got me in and out quickly
