Great service;

My service writer was excellent, took care of me quickly. The issue I have is that your tech damaged 2 of the black rims on my truck. The service manager said that they could be refinished which required me to come back another day. I arrived and they finished 1/2 hour later, on inspection of the "repair" all that happened is they dabbed touch up paint on the scratches. THIS IS NOT REFINISHED. I'm sure if I were to trade in the truck I would get less due to the damage that your company caused. Additionally, the checklist I was emailed showed that the tire pressure was adjusted, it was not, it was 35 psi on arrival and 35 psi on departure. What else wasn't checked?? Very disheartened about the experience. I would like someone to contact me about this situation. thank you

My Toyota Camry was recalled for paint! I drove Coggin's 2020 Toyota, not cost to me for as long as my car was being taken care of. I couldn't have been treated any better than if I owned the dealer-ship. Seriously from start to finish it was an excellent experience in customer service and workmanship from the collision center to the new car dealership. Everyone was top notch! I have asked 60K maintenance service. It was done correctly and timely manner. I forgot to ask free car wash at the reception. But, the responsible Assistant Service Manager was accepted my request of car wash.
