Overall I would rate the experience as good, not excellent. I could not honestly give 5 stars because of the initial check part. I arrived for my 10:40 appointment on time and was greeted by a worker who gave me a few instructions. When I told him I had an appointment with David, he said David was not in today and he would have another advisor help me. While waiting outside the advisor booths, I notices several other cars pull up and go right back for service (I guess their advisor was in). After 15 minutes I flagged down a representative in the bay and asked when I would be helped, and told him I had an appointment. He waffled for a bit and finally got a service advisor to help me. Darius Darden did a very good job checking me in once I finally got assigned to him. Darius was polite, efficient, and informative. The only other thing that bothered me is that I was told that a wheel alignment was recommended. My truck has just under 15,000 miles on it and has never been off road. I take very good care of how I drive it. Driving to the dealership, I had a feeling I was going to be told I needed an air filter or windshield wipers, or something like this. My vehicle drives perfectly straight on a flat road and the tire wear is pretty even. I figure if my 2019 Tacoma with less than 15,000 miles on it needs a wheel alignment, cause you all say the tires are wearing unevenly, then this service should be part of the warranty. As a former mechanic, I can see exactly why dealership service departments do this. Thanks for listening. Please thank Darius for doing a great job.

Gary Micintosh was great as my service advisor and made this fuel pump recall very easy. He also had me out in less time then was originally provided. Great job Gary and Coggin Toyota!

Just would prefer that finance would stick to what was discuss prior on payments regarding terms and interest rates.

We just moved to the area and needed to find a great place to service our 2000 4Runner. We decided to go with Coggin. Very happy with our decision. Chris in service was great. Looking forward to building a relationship with him and this dealership. My vehicle is getting ready to to cross the 400K mark -She’s part of the family and we hope to keep her running great for a long time!
