I had to bring my car back in to have the alignment checked on Friday after having the tires rotated on Tuesday. I had originally been given Ruben for my appointment on both days, but when I got there, Ruben was not in yet on both days. On Friday, I was then moved to James Hofmann. He listened when I told him how frustrated I was with the previous appointment, the fact that Ruben was not in yet for my assigned appointment and about the steering wheel pulling while driving. He told me that he would make my appointment a priority which he did and determine what the issue was with the alignment, which he did. I am very please with James Hofmann and would absolutely use him again.
