I had a great, quick experience. I did ask to have my car washed. I felt like it could have been fine better, thus there’s room for improvement there for sure.

This has been my dealership of choice since I moved here from Philadelphia! Everything about this dealership and their employees is about the customer and whatever issues they may have! They are like a family looking out for everyone! I might add they handle service in a courteous and professional manner!! As a former luxury car shopper I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the 2020 Avalon with regard to style, technology, standard equipment, and comfort.

The service was what I anticipated. The recall and oil change were done promptly. I was given a notice about my brakes needing to be flushed. The past few times I feel like the service recommended is not something that needs to be done right away but instead used to make more money for the dealership. I paid the extra $15 for my car to be vacuumed out and I think I could have done better myself.

I had a great experience. My service advisor was very helpful. He informed me how long my service was , and what needed to be done. He also informed me when my service was done.
