I took my car to get new tires and the technician couldn't find the wheel lock key. I cannot remember ever removing it from my glove compartment, but still decided to check at home to no avail. The last time my tires were worked on was at Coggin Toyota nearly 10 months prior. I knew it was a long shot, but decided to give a call to see what could be done. Both Johnny and Trina took the time to hear me out and offer assistance. Trina scheduled a same-day appointment, free of charge. My service advisor Ron took care of me quickly and had me out in less than an hour with new wheel locks and a new key just like that. I didn't even expect this type of service because there was really no way to prove anything, but they didn't care about who was right or wrong. They cared about serving the customer. That is excellent service!

Service advisor seemed a little stressed, but professional. Took my tundra in for a factory recall, wasn't told there was no shuttle, was able to get a loaner car after having to elevate my request and was able to go home for 4 hrs instead of waiting at the dealer. Young lady at the reception counter was very cordial.
