All of our car services are done an Coggin Toyota. This time we had a little bit of a different experience. We were having problems with our hybrid starter. After scheduling an appointment they said the starter was bad and needed replacing. I asked if that was normal and they said no but I gave the okay to replace, the cost was over $500.00 That same day and later I still had problems starting the car. I made another appointment and they called right after I arrived home in a rental that we had 2 batteries, the 12 volt was misfiring causing the starter not to work. I gave the okay again for a new battery which was over $200.00. Upon returning the rental which they did comp me I asked to speak with a manager. The young lady helping me with the rental spoke with him and it was decided since the battery should have been checked first they would not charge me for the battery. I appreciated that and because of their good business ethics I will continue to use Coggin Toyota for all of our cars needs. We bought both of our Hybrids from Coggin Thank you again

It’s always been a satisfactory experience every time I go to this Coggin to service my car. I have 5 cars and we’ve been to other service centers, but Coggin is our home when it comes to servicing the needs of my cars.
