The only thing that prevented me from giving an Excellent rating was minor. When I spoke with the advisor and asked how long for completion, he said 1-1/2 hours. When it started to be about 3 hours, I spoke with someone about status on the maintenance. It was only then that it was explained to me what the issue had been (tech was unhappy with his first attempt at an alignment... and that's a GOOD thing!), and that they were just finishing up. It would've been nice to have been approached at the 1-1/2 hour mark and updated. Thankfully, I wasn't on any time crunch, and I kinda dig the vibe at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. Again, outside of this minor, minor issue, they did the same stellar service and service recommendation they've always done!!!

It was absolutely great , it was so good that I am bringing in another costumer to buy another highlander. Rey the manager made a huge difference on our experience. We bought the car mainly because of him !!! Thank you very much

I would suggest that you have someone dedicated for receiving the cars and directing to your service person
