Shout out to my service consultant Ruben! He was very professional and helpful. I had a lot of questions about the service process, the issues with my car, etc. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would ask for him specifically next time I go to Coggin Toyota. My Scion's brakes weren't working properly, and the guys in the service shop did a great job analyzing all aspects of my brake system to see where the problem was. Unfortunately, the cost of the repairs exceeded what I was willing to put into my car (she's not worth much at this point-), but I appreciated the efforts that the team put into diagnosing the problem and answering my questions.
