David was at the top of his game when I came in. He noticed that my RAV-4 tires had tread left, but had cracks in rubber from dry rot. I have a 2015 with only 25,000 miles on it. He offered me some good tires at a reasonable price and included balance & alignment in the quote. (Balance was free and alignment was 69.95, which I consider reasonable.) I also like the diner you have now. Prices are reasonable and food is good. Your waiting room is also comfortable and very roomy. All in all, my experience was very good!

After a rather shaky start (the service writer I had the appt. with was going to lunch) I was directed down to Jonathon who was training a new service advisor. I wish I could remember his name because he was really handling the job well. Between the two of them my visit went really well. Kudos to both Jonathon and his trainee - it might have been James.
